Role: Head of Communications & Customer Experience
RadîZH GmbH operates a portfolio of distinct venues and concepts in Zürich, including Weber Comestibles,
Rechberg 1837, Courtside Belvoir, Kultur Lokal am Rank, Club Fondue, and a catering division. I
worked across all of these projects simultaneously, serving as the central point of contact for
communications, creative direction, and stakeholder communication throughout the group.
Strategy & Communications
At RadîZh Group I developed and led an integrated communications strategy and integrated Google Ads, paid socials, guerrilla marketing, and organic content. Each separate project had its own brand identity and voice, but also had to remain part of a coherent group-wide narrative.
What set my approach apart was commitment to data and continuous improvement. I ran multi-channel performance analysis, customer journey mapping, and marketing flow optimisation — and applied the same human-centered design thinking I use in UX work to every customer touchpoint, from digital campaigns to physical environments and event experiences. Regular retrospectives and ROI reporting kept every next step grounded in real insight.
Digital
I designed, built, and maintained multiple websites across the different RadîZH projects — handling everything from concept, information architecture, and visual design through to technical
implementation, UX testing, iterative improvements, and full SEO optimisation including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and technical SEO.
I led the Google Ads strategy and campaign management end-to-end, including campaign planning, conversion tracking, and continuous performance optimisation.
I also developed and executed our mailing list strategy and migration from MailChimp to a more sustainable and cost effective syste. I created the emails including copywriting, content strategy, distribution, and analysis.
Moving to content and social ads, I designed, and managed social media and digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms. (Instagram (Meta), LinkedIn, Tiktok, etc)
