Introduction

I embarked on a transformative journey when I co-founded and led the Parallels team. This endeavor was more than just a project; it was a vision to craft a digital interactive theater that would unravel the threads of inclusive futures, bringing them to life in a captivating and innovative manner.

The foundation of Parallels was built on collaboration, a fusion of talents from diverse disciplines, and a shared passion for pushing the boundaries of storytelling. With a team of 20 skilled professionals, including digital artists and technicians adept in 3D environments, mocap, game design, Tyflow, and Houdini, we embarked on a collective mission to create something truly extraordinary.

Creative Direction & Collaboration

At the heart of our project was the belief that inclusivity should not only be envisioned, but tangibly experienced. Co-leading this eclectic group, I guided the team through the process of synergizing individual expertise into a seamless flow of creativity. Our aim was to develop an interactive digital theatre where inclusivity took center stage, both in terms of the content we produced and the methods we employed.

This project was a true testament to collaborative creation. We explores the realms of film, visuals, music, and a myriad of storytelling mediums, all with the goal of building an immersive narrative that transcended traditional boundaries. The interactive theater was not just a spectator's domain; it was a canvas where users could step into the story, interact with the elements, and contribute to the evolving narrative themselves.

Digital Museum

As part of our holistic approach, I spearheaded the design of a web-based museum. This platform served as an immersive space where our audience could engage with our creations, explore the nuances of inclusive futures, and ignite conversations that transcended the digital realm. Through strategic design, we ensured that every visitor felt a sense of belonging and connection to the narratives we crafted.

The Parallels project was more than the sum of its parts; it was a testament to the power of collaborative innovation and creative direction. We demonstrated that technology, creativity, and a shared vision could pave the way for transformative experiences.
